Bruin Learn - Downloading Student Roster

Locating the list of students in Bruin Learn can be done by selecting ‘People’ in the left panel within a Bruin Learn course site. However, downloading a student roaster as an excel or CSV file is a little more involved.
Follow the directions below to download the student roaster from a Bruin Learn Course Site as a CSV file.
Open People
In Course Navigation, click the People link.
Add Group Set
Click the Add Group Set button.
Save Group Set
Add a name for the group set [1]. Select the I'll create groups later option [2]. Then click the Save button [3].
Import Groups
To import groups, click the Add Import button.
Download Course Roster CSV File
On the Import Groups page, you can download a template CSV file by clicking the Download Course Roster CSV link.
This will generate a CSV file in your computer downloads folder which you can print out or save to your personal computer.
