How to print from USB Drive?

1. Please ensure that when you save your document or image to the USB drive that it is in one of the recommended formats below.

2. Insert your USB drive into the USB slot on the printer/copier.

3. Wait for it to be detected by the printer, on some models it may change to the appropriate menu. If it does not, look for and tap the print from USB or print from media storage device option.

4. Once selected, choose the file you’d like to print and set your desired print settings then press Start or Print.
