HP AIO Windows computer

• The HP AIO Computer is located on the podium with mouse and keyboard located on the shelf right below behind the pull-drawer. Press the power button on the bottom right of the computer to turn it on

• The user profile to use is Royce 314 (This user account has no password)

• Equipment and guide can be found in drawer on the right side of the podium.

Shure / Audio Technica wireless mics and Podium mic (for use with Zoom meetings)

• These devices can be found in the storage drawer located on the right side of the cabinet, and are labeled.

  • The podium mic is plugged into the input located on the podium.

• To turn on the Shure mics, push and hold the button located on front of the mic for a few seconds until the device powers on (indicated by green light above power button).

  • If the microphone does not power on, the batteries may be dead. Twist the lower part of the microphone to unscrew the case and access the AA batteries.

• To turn on the Audio Technica microphone push and hold the button located at the bottom of the microphone for a few seconds until the device powers on.

  • If the microphone does not power on, the batteries may be dead. Twist the lower part of the microphone to unscrew the case and access the AA batteries.

** Note:

• The receiver is already set to link to microphones there is no need to change channels on the device.

• Batteries can be located in the drawer in the right side of the podium.

A new webcam on a tripod is located on the balcony in the back of Royce 314

• PTZ Pro 2 needs should be the selected camera for Zoom meetings.

• The webcam remote should be located in the side storage cabinet located on the right side of the podium.

• Webcam can be controlled/repositioned with Webcam Remote located in the drawer on the right side of the podium

UGREEN USB switcher located on top of Cabinet

• This will be used to switch the webcam and wireless Zoom microphones between the main Lenovo computer, and a laptop.

• Input 1 is the HP AIO Computer.

• Input 2 is the laptop.

Main Audio still needs to be turned on to use with the system.

How to use Zoom with the HP AIO computer

• Turn on the Lenovo computer

• Sign into profile “Royce 314” (no password)

• Make sure the Extron display is turned on and “PC” is selected (see screenshot below)

• Next check that the UGREEN USB switcher is set to “Input 1”

• Make sure the Rode receiver is on and plugged into the UGREEN switcher

• Next, make sure the Shure / Audio Technica / Podium microphone(s) are turned on

Zoom Settings:

• Audio settings

  • Microphone: Shure MVX2U

  • Speaker: Extron HDMI

• Webcam input: PTZ Pro 2

How to use Zoom with Laptop

• Make sure the Extron system is on and Laptop HDMI is selected

• Turn the UGREEN switcher to “Input 2”

• Plug an HDMI cord from the podium to your laptop of use

  • You may need the USB-C adapter for your computer
