This room has chairs and space for 14 people seated along one side of the connected desks facing the TV wall.
There are a total of 8 desks connected side-by-side creating two rows. All desks have wheels and can be moved, however although the chair are fairly light in weight they do not have wheels.
Internet Access:
All UCLA Wifi networks (eduroam, UCLA_WIFI, and UCLA_WEB) are accessible in this room
There are no publicly-accessible ethernet ports available in this room
Video/Projection: Sharp TV
The classroom’s Nuc PC is located inside the black cabinet to the left side of the TV. The PC is connected via HDMI to the HDMI 4 input on the TV.
Available connections: To the lower Left hand side of the TV on the wall there are 2 external connections to the TV: HDMI 1 and VGA along with an audio in option.
Classroom Computer: Intel Nuc
The Intel Nuc PC keyboard and mouse are located inside the black cabinet located to the left side of the TV on the wall. Currently there is a USB wired Dell keyboard and a Logitech Wireless mouse working with this PC.
There are two user accounts on this computer: CDH Administrator with HumTech admin password as well as Kaplan 311 account with no password.
Internet Connected through ethernet connection however WiFi is also available. Zoom, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro (Not logged in) and web browsers are all installed on computer.
Sound System:
Currently the only audio in this room is connected through the TV speakers, however the Logitech base is set as the default speaker for zoom calls/meetings.
Conferencing Equipment: Logitech Camera and Microphone
The Logitech camera and microphone are set as the default camera and microphone for the Intel Nuc.
The base, which includes the microphones, is located inside of the media cabinet which is located in the black cabinet to the left of the TV.
The camera is located in the center above the TV.
The camera is controlled by the buttons on the Logitech external microphone base.
