Where do we get support for LastPass?
Support for accounts created by Humtech are managed by Humtech(DTA).
Users who choose to use LastPass premium will be supported directly by LastPass.
They can access their Knowledge Center at https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass or submit a support ticket at https://lastpass.com/supportticket.php .
For DTAS:
Primary support is provided solely by LastPass and is accessible through your admin console (the Contact Us button in the top right corner):

If there is an outstanding issue that LastPass cannot solveor specific to the UCLA environment, secondary support will be provided by the UCLA IT Security Office.
