New User Enrollment Instructions:

1. Login to your account and then access the admin console

2. In the Admin console menu, click users.

3. You will then click “new user” and add their email account. User will receive an activation email

4. Have user click the activation link and copy the temporary password.

5. They will need to enter the temporary password into the “old master password” section then enter a new master password twice.

6. Once activated the user will be prompted start setup process to connect LastPass to Duo.

7. Duo for Lastpass will first ask user to select a name for the account. (Their name will be preselected)

8. Have user open their Duo app and click the + sign on their phone to add account.

9. The device’s camera will open up and have them scan the QR code on their browser. Account should be added.

Where do we get support for LastPass?

Support for accounts created by Humtech are managed by Humtech(DTA).

Users who choose to use LastPass premium will be supported directly by LastPass.
