Everyone is to subscribe or be able to access  the HumTech Calendar (humtechcal@em.ucla.edu) via outlook or the calendaring tool of their choice.. On that calendar, should be only the following items

All staff is encouraged to enter important campus related events in the following format Include any pertinent information, as different staff may be different mailing lists. Please attach any following documents to the event as necessary

Notes: Kaltura LTI 1.3 will be upgraded on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 9:00 – 11:00 am PDT. Users are recommended to refrain from uploading videos during this two-hour window. As a result of this upgrade, MyMedia will be relocated to the far-left Global Navigation (user Account menu). Additionally, JW Player will undergo scheduled maintenance on Sunday, June 18, 2023, from 3:00 – 4:00 pm PDT. During this time, both JW Player Media API and Live Streaming will be impacted.
