After we have cleaned up the data on the DFSshare drive, the plan is to move all of the data to Box, then reorganize the folder structure within Box. It’s easier to move folders around in Box than it is on the DFS, and it puts less of a time crunch on the departments. We will keep DFS share drive as is to maintain a backup.
