How to Screen Share Using Zoom
Open the Zoom application on your computer.
If you need to install Zoom, use the link below:
Download and install the Zoom desktop client: Download Center for Zoom Apps and Plugins | Zoom
Sign in using the SSO option at the bottom of the screen:
Enter Company Domain: UCLA then click to continue
On the next screen, please sign in using your UCLA Logon ID and Password:
Authenticate your account using the DUO App push or via phone call as shown in the image below:
Once in a zoom meeting, click on the highlighted green “Shared Screen” option at the bottom of the Zoom Window.
Share Screen allows you to share your entire desktop or only specific windows.
Click on the window you want to share, then click the blue Share button below.
You can access Advance Sharing Options by clicking the arrow next to Screen Sharing.
